Joint US-China will
United States (U.S.) and China agree to strengthen cooperation ties the two countries and encourage the global economic balance. BANKING LAW
Several cases of theft of money in developed countries is currently often the case, theft of money in this modern era are no longer forced to disassemble by a bank, home, or office directly, but is very simple. A thief is only with a computer equipped with Internet network a modern thief can easily remove an amount of money a person from one bank account number to the bank account number on the desire by the thefts.
Theft behavior this way is very common and easy to find in various countries, basically stealing behavior was very able at the bank account and some of the security of transactions using the Internet network facilities such as SMS banking, internet banking and banking call .
If viewed from the similarity of behavior, between the bank and the thief was not much different. There are several cases of theft of money in the bank experienced by some customers in many countries it is done by the bank itself, although can not be made in the legal reasons but it also includes crimes that could be categorized as a planned theft and crime. Number of cases of fraud and the reduction in some customers' bank savings balance would involve one bank employee. Because the savings balance may not be someone who is saved in the bank or the transaction will be reduced automatically unless there are several factors, including:
1. Pin transactions
2. Account holder data
3. Feasibility test data
4. Badge
5. Security question
From all that has been frequently experienced by some customers of the bank, they could not have stolen money and personal data if the customer does not transfer the data to someone else, if the personal data belonging to a customer can be though indentifikasikan others without an error from a customer or the BANK, and from which data can exist?
A question that until now some banks still do not want to admit the existence of such information leakage by some employees of the bank itself, it is unfortunately a customer who wants to save money in the bank and some of his wealth but instead experienced shortfalls in the standard of living? Then who should in turn to blame and in such responsibility? BANK, BANK EMPLOYEES, OWNER BANK, STATE, OR THAT CUSTOMER'S OWN ONE ?????
Hopefully in the next cases the BANK, COUNTRIES, CUSTOMERS and some related factors will be more to address the theft problem in the banking transaction itself, someone not given permission to set up a bank if that person does not pass the test of transactions and proper security.
